Try this easy pork chop casserole for the family at dinner! These pork chops are baked with spinach, red pepper, and onions.

  • 5 Pork Chops, Boneless
  • 3 Tbs Butter
  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, Sliced
  • 1 Large Onion, Sliced
  • Garlic Powder
  • Seasoning Salt

Season pork chops with garlic powder and seasoning salt and set aside.
In a skillet on medium high, heat butter and add in bell pepper and onion.
Saute until slightly tender and add into a 9x13 baking dish.
Add more butter and saute spinach.
Cook until wilted and add to the baking dish.
Put pork chops in the baking dish and toss some of the vegetables on top of the meat.
Bake on 350 for 20 to 30 minutes while covered.
