Baked Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- butter
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 1/3 can milk
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 3 med. potatoes, peeled and sliced
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown pork chops in a little butter. Place potatoes in buttered casserole or baking dish. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Dilute creamy of celery soup with 1/3 can of milk. Pour over potatoes. Place browned pork chops over potatoes and soup. Cover and bake for one hour or until potatoes are done.
