Baked Pork Chops With Italian Dressing
Serving Size / Yield
- 6 boneless pork chops
- non-stick cooking spray
- Italian dressing
- 2 fresh tomatoes, sliced
- provolone cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Wash and pat dry the pork chops.
Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray, and lay the pork chops on it.
Spread Italian dressing over the tops of the pork chops and cover the sheet with aluminum foil.
Bake the chops for 25 minutes.
Let pork chops rest for 10 minutes. Serve with fresh, sliced tomatoes and melted provolone cheese
