  • 3 Tbs. Sriracha sauce
  • 2 Tbs. ketchup
  • 1 Tbs. rice vinegar
  • 1/2 Tbs. brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger, grated
  • 1/4 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1/2 C. sour cream
  • 1/4 C. plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbs. lime juice
  • 2 Tbs. green onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbs. cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lb. wings or drumettes

Mix the Sriracha, ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, minced garlic ginger, and sesame oil in a bowl until well combined. Pour the mixture into a zip-top bag and add the wings. Marinate for 4 to 6 hours in the fridge.

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and line a glass baking dish with foil. Put the wings in a single layer in the dish and pour the marinade over the top. Bake for 45 minutes.

While the chicken is marinating, mix the sour cream, yogurt, lime juice, green onion, and cilantro together and refrigerate.
