Ingredients
- boneless salmon
- olive oil
- garlic salt
- lemon juice or Knorr tamarind soup base (can be found at Asian supermarket)
- ground pepper
Directions
Rub salmon with garlic salt, tamarind soup base or lemon juice, and ground pepper. Let it stand for 30 to 45 minutes. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees, then pour 1 teaspoon of olive oil onto the salmon. Bake for 1 hour.
