  • 6 salmon fillets, skin removed
  • 4 bunches asparagus
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¾ teaspoon salt

Preheat the oven broiler to high heat and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Put the oven shelf on the second top shelf. Put the salmon on a large baking tray and rub each fillet with garlic and parsley evenly. Pour the lemon sauce over the fillets. Then, spray lightly with cooking spray and season with salt and pepper. Place the asparagus around the salmon evenly and put the lemon slices on top. Broil for 8 minutes and serve!
