You've pan fried and grilled your salmon before, but now it's time to oven bake it. Cooking your salmon with three types of peppers will give it a yummy taste that you won't be able to get those other ways. Have a lemon lying around to drizzle lemon juice.

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbs. Margarine
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 6 salmon filets
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 garlic, minced
  • Parsley, for garnish
  • Lemon, for topping

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Put margarine on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Place sheet in oven and bake margarine until melted.

Remove sheet from oven and place salmon and peppers on top of melted margarine. Season with salt, pepper and garlic.

Bake salmon for 12 to 15 minutes.

Serve salmon and peppers warm and garnish with parsley and lemon juice.
