  • 4 Tbs. Margarine
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper, to taste
  • 6 Salmon Steaks, deboned

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Put margarine onto a large, rimmed baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Place sheet in oven and bake margarine until melted.
Remove sheet from oven and place salmon steaks on top of melted margarine. Season steaks with salt and pepper before placing baking sheet back in oven. Bake salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until a meat thermometer inserted into a steak reads 145 degrees.
