Baked Salmon with Capers
- 2 salmon fillets, with skin removed
- bread crumbs (i.e. Contadina)
- butter, melted
- olive oil
Coat salmon fillets with olive oil and place in shallow baking pan. Spoon bread crumbs on top of fillets and spread evenly. Sprinkle capers on the bread crumbs. Drizzle melted butter on top of fillets. Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes or until done (depends on thickness).
