  • 2 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 C. plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 C. salsa verde, divided
  • 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
  • ½ C. onion, diced
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • ½ tsp. cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 C. cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 C. mozzarella cheese
  • 15 corn tortillas, warmed

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, yogurt, ¼ cup of salsa verde, green chiles, cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper, and onion. Once evenly combined, mix in chicken. Spoon mixture into corn tortillas, roll, and place seam sides down into a greased baking dish. Cover with remaining salsa verde and top with cheese. Bake for 20 minutes until tortillas are toasted.
