Ingredients

  • 2 carrots
  • 2 beets, cut
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 1 red cayenne pepper
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 lemon, cut
  • 2 apples, cut
  • 1 tsp of oregano
  • 1 tsp of herbs
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil

Directions

Grease a baking casserole. Arrange beets, carrot, red onion, red cayenne pepper, garlic, lemon and apples on the casserole. Sprinkle with oregano, herbs, salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil, and bake at 250 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve.
