  • 1 1/2 lb. white fish fillets
  • 1 Tbs. lime juice
  • 1 Tbs. mayonnaise
  • 1/8 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 C. breadcrumbs
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. margarine, melted
  • 2 Tbs. parsley, chopped

Heat the oven to 425 degrees. Put the fish in a baking dish and coat with cooking spray. In a bowl, combine the lime juice, mayonnaise, onion powder, and pepper. Mix well. Spread the mixture over the fish and sprinkle with the breadcrumbs. Drizzle with the melted butter. Bake for 20 minutes, or until it flakes easily. Sprinkle with the parsley and serve.
