  • 1 lb. dry ziti pasta
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 2 jars spaghetti sauce
  • 6 oz. provolone cheese, sliced
  • 1 1/3 C. sour cream
  • 6 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Boil the ziti until al dente and drain. In a skillet brown the onion and beef over medium. Add the spaghetti sauce and simmer 15 minutes. Layer 1/2 the ziti, provolone, sour cream, and 1/2 the sauce in the casserole dish. Top with the rest of the ingredients and the Parmesan. Bake 30 minutes until the cheeses are melted.
