  • 4 ½ C. squash, sliced
  • 4 ½ C. zucchini, sliced
  • ⅔ C. sour cream
  • ½ tsp. garlic salt
  • ½ C. onion, chopped
  • 1 T. butter
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • 2 C. French bread crumbs
  • 1 C. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 T. melted butter
  • Chopped green onion

Preheat your oven at 350 degrees. Spray your pan with a non- sticking cooking spray. In a large bowl microwave the squash, zucchini, and onion in 1 T. of butter for 10 minutes. It should be tender. In your pan, place the squash, zucchini, and onion in your pan. Sprinkle 1 C. of breadcrumbs, sour cream, garlic salt, pepper, cheese and soup into the pan. Sprinkle the rest of the breadcrumbs over the dish. Place in oven for 2 hours. Let it cool for 30 minutes. When ready to serve dash the chopped green onions on top.
