  • 1/2 C. butter, room temperature
  • 1 C. granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 T. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 C. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 C. milk
  • 2 1/2 C. fresh or frozen blueberries

Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease a 12-cup muffin tray. In a large bowl, beat together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and beat in vanilla. Mix in baking powder and salt. Fold in half of flour and half of milk. Repeat with remaining flour and milk. Fold in blueberries. Distribute batter into prepared muffin cups. Bake for 15 minutes.
