Ingredients
- 1/2 C. olive oil
- 1 lg. red pepper, roasted (optional)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3Tbs. balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 C. marinara sauce
- salt and pepper, topping
- parmesan cheese, topping
- Italian seasoning with rosemary to taste
Directions
Chop red pepper into small pieces. Heat olive in medium skillet and add peppers. Saute on low for 5 minutes. Add marinara, garlic, seasonings and balsamic vinager. Cook on very low heat until pepper becomes soft. Serve on steak,chicken or pasta with parmesan cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
