This sauce tastes great on pastas,chicken or steak.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C. olive oil
  • 1 lg. red pepper, roasted (optional)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3Tbs. balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 C. marinara sauce
  • salt and pepper, topping
  • parmesan cheese, topping
  • Italian seasoning with rosemary to taste

Directions

Chop red pepper into small pieces. Heat olive in medium skillet and add peppers. Saute on low for 5 minutes. Add marinara, garlic, seasonings and balsamic vinager. Cook on very low heat until pepper becomes soft. Serve on steak,chicken or pasta with parmesan cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
