  • 1 whole chicken cut up
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3/4 C. black olives
  • 3/4 C. green olives
  • 1/2 C. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 T. Dijon mustard
  • 1 T. rosemary
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Spray the inside of your crockpot with cooking spray. In a medium bowl, combine vinegar, mustard, rosemary, garlic, and half of the olives. Dip chicken pieces in mixture and place in slow cooker. Drizzle with remaining liquid and cook on low for five hours. Remove and garnish with remaining olives.
