Balsamic Dressing
Ingredients
- 3/4 C. water
- 1/4 C. balsamic vinegar
- 3 tsp. capers
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1-1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1 Tbs. fresh parsley, minced
Directions
Combine the ingredients. Adjust vinegar to taste. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator. Makes 1 C.
