  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 T. white wine
  • 2 T. honey
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/3 C. balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp. oregano
  • ½ tsp. nutmeg

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a saucepan, heat oil and sauté garlic until fragrant. Whisk in wine, honey, soy sauce, vinegar, mustard salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer and allow sauce to slightly thicken. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with foil and season with oregano and nutmeg. Brush fillets with glaze and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until flaky. Drizzle with remaining glaze and serve!
