Ingredients

  • 2 Tbs. virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1 flank steak, about 1 1/2 lbs.
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

In a large dish, combine oil, vinegar and garlic. Add steak. Turn it so that it is coated with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for about an hour. Make sure to turn the steak every once in a while.

Preheat grill. Remove steak from marinade and pat dry. Grill the steak for 3-4 minutes. Turn meat over and cook for 4-5 minutes. Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper. Let rest for 5 minutes before cutting steak into thin slices.
