  • 3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 lb. turkey steaks
  • 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Heat 2 tbsp. oil over medium-high heat in a large frying pan and saute onions until lightly golden. Salt and pepper the turkey steaks on both sides. Lay the meat on the pan with the onions pushed aside and add in another tbsp. of olive oil. When the turkey appears browned, pour in lemon juice and balsamic vinegar and stir in with onions. Continue to flip the steaks until internal temperature has reached 165 degrees. Add more lemon juice and olive oil if it appears too dry. Serve with a side of sauteed vegetables and a wedge of lemon.
