Balsamic Roasted Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 8 plum tomatoes
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
- salt
- pepper
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Oil a large baking dish. Rinse the tomatoes and pat dry. Cut the tomatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out the tomato seeds. Place the tomato halves cut-sides up in the pan. Drizzle with the oil and vinegar. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper. Bake tomateos for 45 minutes. Serve.
