Balsamic Strawberries
Ingredients
- 2 pints strawberries, washed, hulled and halved
- 1/3 C. aged balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbs. honey
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1 Tbs. capers drained and rinsed
Directions
Slightly crush capers. In a bowl, gently combine strawberries, vinegar, honey, pepper and capers. Allow to stand, refrigerated, for at least 1 hour before serving. Makes 4 servings.
