Balsamic Vinegar BBQ Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 C. balsamic vinegar
- 3/4 C. ketchup
- 1/3 C. + 1 Tbs. brown sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbs. spicy brown mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium high heat, stirring occassionally until all ingredients are combined. Reduce heat to a simmer and let sauce reduce by 1/3 in volume, stirring occassionally. Bottle into glass and keep in refrigerator for at least 1 day before using on any meat of choice.
