Banana and Pineapple Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredients
- 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk, or a little less like 1/2-3/4 can
- 1/4 C. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, reserve juice for smoothies
- 1 banana cut into 1 inch chunks
- 1-2 Tbs. coconut milk, shaken well
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 9-inch graham cracker crust
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients with a mixer until smooth. Add the other ingredients, one at a time, and add extra suggested spices to your taste. Pour into pie crust and freeze for a couple of hours.Note to jazz it up - add more fruit on top, or whipped cream, but we like it as is... a frozen pie with a lot of flavor!
