Banana-Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 medium banana, broken into piecces
- 1 C. blueberries
- 1 Tbs. maple syrup or brown rice syrup
- 1 C. vanilla low-fat yogurt, soy yogurt, or silken tofu
- 1 C. white or red grape juice
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
