Here's an awesome dessert that you have to bring to your next party. Prepare a baked corn flake crust to fill it with a banana pudding mixture.

  • Crust:
  • 3 C. corn flakes cereal
  • 3 Tbs. packed brown sugar
  • 3 Tbs. butter, melted
  • Filling:
  • 1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 C. milk
  • 1 (3.4-oz.) banana cream instant pudding mix
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 2 C. chocolate shavings, optional

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Mix cereal, sugar and butter in a bowl. Press mixtures on bottom of 9-inch round baking pan. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until crust is lightly browned. Cool on wire rack.

For filling, beat cream cheese until smooth. Slowly add milk and pudding mix. Beat well. Spread pudding mixture over crust. Place banana slices on top. If you desire, garnish sides with chocolate shavings.
