Banana-Gingerbread Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 14 1/2 oz. box gingerbread cake and cookie mix
- 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
- 3/4 C. quick-cooking oats
- 3/4 C. water
- 2 eggs
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line muffin tin with paper baking cups. Mix all ingredients until well blended. Divide batter evenly among muffin sups. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Immediately remove from pan.
Yield: 16 muffinsÂ
