Banana Icing

Try this fresh banana icing on simple white cake or on sugar cookies.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C. butter
  • 1 box confectioners' sugar
  • 2 bananas, mashed
  • 1 C. nuts

Directions

Cream butter, add sugar until mixture is of the consistency of whipped cream. Fold in bananas & nuts. A little lemon juice may be added, if desired.
