Banana Milkshake

An easy way to get potassium into your diet, especially since you use nonfat milk. A great way to start off the day.

Ingredients

  • 1 C. milk, made from nonfat dry milk
  • 1 banana

Directions

Mash banana well, add milk and blend with beater or shake in jar. Serve immediately or refrigerate and serve later.

Yield: 1 serving

Variations: 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract may be added
