This banana cake is ooey gooey and oh so delicious. The bananas and pecans create a mellow sweetness that is irresistible. On top of all that, you only need one bowl to whip up this tasty treat.

  • 2 cups flour
  • ½ C. butter, softened
  • 1 C. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ¼ C. chopped pecans
  • ¼ C. rolled oats
  • 3 C. mashed bananas

Grease a loaf pan with cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs on at a time beating well between each addition. Beat in vanilla and bananas. Add in soda, salt, and oats. Beat until combined. Stir in nuts. Pour batter into loaf pan and set in crockpot. Cook on high for 3-4 hours.
