  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup of sliced Bananas
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup of mashed bananas
  • ¼ cup of white sugar

To create the graham cracker crust:
In a small bowl, stir together the graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, cinnamon and melted butter and mix well. Then refrigerate until it becomes firm.
To create the filling:
In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, white sugar, and the vanilla extract. Mix everything together until it develops a thick creamy consistency.
Take the pie filling and spread throughout the graham cracker pie crust.
Refrigerate pie for 5-6 hours before eating.
