Try this version of banana pudding with strawberries and mandarin oranges.

Ingredients

  • 3 large bananas
  • 1 bag vanilla wafers
  • 2 box Jello vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 10 fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 can mandarin oranges

Directions

Layer vanilla wafers on bottom of 13 x 19 in. pan or glass dish and top with sliced bananas. Repeat this step 2 or 3 times, depending on the size of your dish. Mix the boxes of instant vanilla pudding mix according to package directions. Drain liquid off oranges and add with strawberries to pudding with mixer. Pour over bananas and cookies. Let cool.
