Banana Slush

This was something that was made for my bridal shower by my mother in law.

Ingredients

  • 6 C. water
  • 4 C. sugar
  • 1 12-oz. frozen orange juice
  • 1 12-oz. frozen lemonade
  • 1 46-oz. can pineapple juice
  • 4 large bananas (mashed can use hand blender to mash)
  • 2 12-oz. cans water
  • 2 liters ginger ale

Directions

You will need a large stock pot for this. Boil together 6 C. water and 4 C. sugar. Let it cool down a bit and then add orange juice, lemonade,  pineapple juice, bananas, and the two additional cans of water. Divide into 2 ice cream buckets and freeze. Remove from freezer 2-3 hours before serving so you can make it slushy with a wooden spoon. Add a 2 liter bottle of ginge rale depending on taste to each batch of punch concentrate.
