Banana Smoothie

Begin the morning or end a workout with an icy cold shake. Yogurt and tropical fruit are a nutritious combination.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz.) carton pina colada or banana yogurt
  • 2 C. frozen banana chunks
  • 1/2 C. guava juice or passion fruit juice
  • 1 C. skim milk
  • 1 C. frozen papaya, mango, or pineapple chunks
  • Ice cubes

Directions

Combine all ingredients except ice cubes in container of food processor or blender. Mix to a slushy consistency. Add enough ice cubes to make four servings and blend to smooth. Serve in chilled glasses.
