A sweet and creamy dessert just like cheesecake, but in bar form. Lots of fruit on top for extra sweetness.

  • I love this recipe. It was quick and easy. I change it a little, only because strawberry are out of season. I used can strawberry and spead it over the entire cheesecake. I place the pineapple on top of the strawberry.
