Banana Strawberry Fruit Smoothie

This is a great treat, even for kids. It is low fat and can be eaten for breakfast or for a snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/2 C. fat free milk
  • 1/2 C. frozen strawberries
  • 1 packet sugar substitute (i.e. Sweet n' Low)
  • 3-4 ice cubes

Directions

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high until thick and creamy. Pour in a cup and enjoy.

  • There is nothing like a smoothie in the hot summer! We make ours with creamy strawberry yogurt, Dole Pineapple/Orange/Banana juice, frozen strawberries, fresh bananas and a few ice cubes blended in the blender - - Delicious!
