Bananas Flambé
Ingredients
- 4 bananas, peeled and sliced
- 1 Tbs. Plus 1 tsp. Low calorie margarine
- 2 tsp. Brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. Allspice
- 1 oz. dark rum
- 2 C. sugar-free low fat vanilla frozen yogurt
Directions
Melt the margarine in a skillet. Add the bananas and sprinkle with the sugar and allspice. Sauté until bananas are browned. Add the rum and ignite with a long match. When the flames die down, serve bananas with vanilla yogurt.
