  • Burgers
  • 1 lb. ground chicken
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 med. onion, diced
  • 1/4 C. hot sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 12-14 store bought crackers, crumbled
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 leaves of lettuce
  • Blue Cheese Dressing
  • 1/2 C. sour cream
  • 1/4 C. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 C. blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1-2 Tbs. milk, optional

In a small bowl combine chicken paprika, garlic, pepper, onions, hot sauce and egg. Add in crackers and mix together.

Divide mixture into 4 equal portions. Shape each portion into a ¾-inch thick patty. Press a thumb print into the center of each patty.

Place patties on a grill. Cook for 5 minutes, flipping only 1 time.
While patties are on the grill, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, blue cheese, milk and salt into a medium bowl.

Remove patties from grill. Place on patty on to ½ of a split hamburger bun. Top with blue cheese mixture and lettuce. Top with remaining half of the bun. Repeat with the remaining patties and buns; serve.
