Barbecue Chicken Breasts

- 4 Chicken Breasts
- ½ cup Honey
- ¼ cup Unsalted Butter
- ¼ cup Spicy Brown Mustard
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Jamaican Hot Curry Powder
- Dash of Hot Sauce
- Onions, sliced horizontally
Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees.
In a small saucepan, melt butter and combine with the honey, mustard, salt, curry powder and hot sauce.
Use a 9x13 inch baking pan or whatever you prefer to place chicken in.
Pour mixture over chicken, place sliced onions on top, and bake for an hour to an hour and a half, or until chicken is crispy and juices run clear.
Serve with your choice of side.
