Barbecue Chicken Sandwich
- 1 2-3 lb. cooked chicken (from deli)
- 1 18-oz. bottle barbecue sauce
- 1 8-ct. pkg. brat buns
Remove skin and bone from chicken, discard or freeze for soup later. Separate chicken into pieces in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Add 1/2 bottle of sauce and stir together. To heat, place bowl in microwave with paper towel over the top and cook in 1 minute intervals until hot.
Place chicken mixture on buns. Use extra sauce as a condiment for your sandwich. Serve with your favorite sandwich sides.
