Barbecue Chicken With Baked Apples

- 5 Skinned and Chopped Apples
- Half Stick of Butter
- 3½ lb Chicken Wings
- ½ cup Honey
- ¼ cup Unsalted Butter
- ¼ cup Spicy Brown Mustard
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Jamaican Hot Curry Powder
- Dash of Hot Sauce
Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees.
In a small saucepan, melt butter and combine with the honey, mustard, salt, curry powder and hot sauce.
Use a 9x13 inch baking pan or whatever you prefer to place chicken in.
Pour mixture over chicken and bake for an hour and a half to two hours, or until chicken is crispy and juices run clear.
While the chicken is cooking start skinning and cutting your apples.
Chop apples up into little half inch chunks and place them on a baking pan.
Sprinkle cinnamon and butter on top and bake for 20 minutes.
