Barbecue Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 2 lb. boneless pork tenderloin
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper, any variety
- 2 C. barbecue sauce
- 2 Tbs. A-1 sauce
- 3 Tbs. chili powder (or less)
- 1 Tbs. paprika
Directions
Lay boneless pork loin in crockpot. Cover with onion and red pepper sliced thinly. Mix in bowl: barbecue sauce of your choice, A-1 Sauce, chili powder, paprika and then spoon over all items in the crockpot. Cook on low 8-10 hours. When done, pull apart the pork loin with two forks until shredded.
