  • 3 lbs. beef roast
  • 1 1/2 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • Slider buns

Place beef in a crockpot and pour in 1 cup beef broth
Cover and cook on high for 2 hours
Shred beef and place back into crockpot
Pour ½ cup beef broth and cook again for 2 hours
Combine brown sugar, ketchup, mustard, cayenne pepper, and red pepper. Stir until well-combined. Set aside
Remove beef from crockpot and place on buns
Pour sauce over beef
