Barbecued Shrimp

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. shrimp, washed and shelled
- 2 sprigs celery, finely chopped
- 1 Tbs. wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash pepper
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1/3 C. olive oil
- 1 C. tomato sauce
- 1/2 C. water
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 C. chopped parsley
Directions
Sauté onion, celery and seasonings in olive oil, stirring constantly until soft and golden. Add shrimp, and stir over high flame until moisture is absorbed. Add wine vinegar, then tomato sauce and water. Cook about 25 minutes.
