Try this rub on pork chops, ribs, and tenderloin for a truly great result.

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. mustard powder
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 2 tsp. white sugar
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano

Directions

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well and apply to meat. Stores well in airtight containers. Good on ribs, pork chops, etc.
