This enormous recipe feeds 90 to 100 people, so it's perfect for those giant family reunions, block parties and town hall meetings. Freezes well if there are extras.

Directions

Brown the ground beef, green peppers, celery and onion together. Add the catsup and 1 turn around outside of small pot (3 to 4 quart one), 2 turns around outside of medium pot (5 to 8 quart one) and 3 1/2 turns around large pot (anything over 9 quarts or bigger). Cook this until you are ready to serve on hamburger buns. You want this to be thick so it doesn't drip all over the place. This will serve 90 to 100 people depending on the size buns you use. This is very easy to make in non-stick pans. If you don't have any then I would lightly spray Pam in the bottom and the sides.

Yield: 90-100 servings
