Basic Lamb Stew

Easy to prepare with the crockpot and simply delicious.

Ingredients

  • 4 Lamb Shoulder Blade Chops
  • 4 C. Tomato Sauce
  • 2 tsp. Garlic
  • 2 tsp. Fresh Ginger
  • 1 tsp. Cumin
  • 1 tsp. Coriander
  • 1 tsp. Parsley
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Red Pepper
  • 3 Tbs. Olive Oil

Directions

Brown chops in olive oil and remove. Place all seasonings and sauté in the meat juice just to bring out the flavor. Place all ingredients in a crock-pot or Dutch oven (slow cook 325 degrees until meat is tender). Serve over rice or chickpeas. This is a great dish to serve.
