Batter Rhubarb Bread
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C. brown sugar
- 2/3 C. oil
- 1 egg
- 1 C. sour milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 C. flour
- 1 1/2 C. finely diced rhubarb
- 1/2 C. chopped nuts

Directions
Combine brown sugar, oil. Stir in egg, sour milk with vanilla. Add sifted dry ingredients. Stir in rhubarb and nuts. Pour into two well greased loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Do not over bake. Remove from pans after 2 or 3 minutes, and let cool.
