BBQ Baked Beans

Ingredients
- 2 28-oz. cans Bush’s “Home-style” baked beans
- 1 20-oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
- ½ C. molasses
- 1 C. spicy BBQ sauce (your choice), I use Terry’s
- 2 Tbs. yellow or brown mustard
- 5 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 6-oz. can french fried onions, crushed
- salt & fresh ground pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, mix together beans, pineapple, molasses, BBQ sauce, mustard, ½ the crumbled bacon and ½ of the onions. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour bean mixture into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish and sprinkle remaining crushed onions and bacon on top. Cook in oven for 1 hour or until beans brown and bubble. Serve warm.
